Bikini Madness

So I just got this new bikini from Victoria Secret. I am so obsessed with it. Sometimes I find myself pulling it out of my closet, wishing for summer. I have seen this kind of bikini crop top (and crop tops in general) becoming very popular. I was afraid it would make my torso short looking. But in fact, it made a longer effect . Now I just need to work on my bikini body!

So I found this website with these amazing shoes... I want every single one. I've been looking for different shoes, that weren't so typical. I love theses heels and the retro look. They are from Windsorsmith. (here) They try to work around comfort , while achieving height. Definitely going to get me some when I get a chance! 

Maxi Vegas

Wanted to show you my day look for Las Vegas. It is January and its not as cold as I expected it to be, about mid/high 60's. It's nice with a cool breeze. I am wearing my maxi dress I got from Next. The jacket is from Jcpennys. I have worn this jacket in other posts of mine. It has become a really handy jacket to have. So happy with this purchase! A tip for shoppers Las Vegas is the place to go! All the casinos are malls... yes, that's right. I couldn't believe it! Gave me something to do because I am not old enough for drinking or gambling. haha

Awesome Ray-Ban sun glasses. I very much recommended these to anyone looking for the flashy lens look. Absolutely love them, I wear them with everything! get them here

Las Vegas Day:1

Went to Las Vegas for my Birthday! I have to say it was so much fun. I didn't get to do much gambling or partying. Still underage (darn) but it was still amazing to see how full of life Vegas was. We arrived at night, which made the first experience all the best. It is just like the movies! So much life everywhere. The lights where just wonderful as well as the shows! All long the Vegas strip there were many awesome street performers! Each casino was different and extravagant. I got to see the famous Caesars palace, a Roman/Greek themed casino. Which was on the famous "Hangover" movie. Their is also a Paris theme and Egyptian casino. Shaped like a Egyptian pyramid. I absolutely loved it! Then we walked over to Bellagio, to see the famous dancing fountains. I have to come back when I'm 21! Haha

Running In Venice Beach

Went running with my mom around Venice beach (a.k.a muscle beach). They call it that for a reason... So many fit muscular people walking around , they even have an out door gym over looking the beach. As well as a weed doctor right next door. You can "get your prescription and weed at the same time" haha. Atfer a nice workout we enjoyed Mojitos by the wonderful beach. I love how upbeat LA is, so much to see, and to do!

Then after the long day, I met the love of my life.

I even got the chance to feed him. Apparently, they eat live fish. Which I did not know. So it was a shock when the guy handed me live fish. He's still pretty cute though.

Friday Throwback

Thinking of summer in this 31 degree weather in Texas. I am going through my old photos and I've  come across some photos of my trip to Cozumel Mexico. I have been there twice and never have I seen such a beautiful beach scenery. The beach is a little wild on the East side of the island facing the Caribbean sea. The other side of the island (west side) is good for swimming. I spent most of my time on the East side of the island. Even though it is a little rough the sea, it's still amazing to look at. During our stay in Cozumel mexico we rented a jeep and drove around the island. I have to say that was such a great idea. We were able to drive all around the island in a day. We stopped at so many beautiful beach resorts/restaurants (pic below), each one different and amazing:)

Smokey Lady

So how about that smokey eye? 

I thought I'd give that smokey eye look a try. I have been working on it for some time and I think I've finally mastered it. It honestly takes practice, unless your one of those lucky artistic girls. I decided to put a little of the huger games smokey eye look into it. On the hunger games Jenifer Lawrence works a more defined smokey eye look (here).I wanted to do this instated of a faded eye look. I will post a video soon to show you how I managed to create this look:)

The products I used:

Naked palate, Urban Decay primer, L'Oreal eyeliner and Gimme Brow for my eye brows.

Steps:

1.) I started with the eyeliner and created a cat liner look (Cat liner)

2.) Then I used "Blackout" on my naked palate and made the outline (Outline)

3.) Do not smudge in the black unless you want a less defined smokey eye look.

4.) I took the black to the corner of my eye and then out. Following the eyeliner pattern I created at step 1, and then moved it further out.

Back In Black

Hello, thanks for those of you who always keep reading my post. A special hug to you:) I have tried to make a challenge with my self to pot every day. It might be a post on any topic. From beauty tips to yummy foods I am learning to make.  

  Showing off my faux fur vest again! (Other look). It is a little chilly today in Texas around 65F. Gives me a reason to slip this beauty on. I love the fur vest look, it's a great fancy cover up to have. I also got this from Saboskirt a company located in Australia! The ombre blouse is from Forever21! It is light weight and great to put over leggings. I like the discoloration and ripped pattern on the blouse. This gives it a retro chic pop! My stiletto boots are also from forever 21. They are so fabulous, the heels are 4"inches. Kind of high.. but I can still manage to walk in them. t This is a fun look for a day or night around town.
