Quick Ootd

Just doing a quick Ootd post! I am wearing my black and white Kimono and a flowy crop top. Paired with my destroyed denim jeans from Nordstrom.

Nordstrom has the best jeans in my opinion. As well as good prices online if you look at the sale. Some nice jeans can go down to $15... Its crazy.

Peachy Fun

Love this skirt from Lucy in the sky; an Australian based store. They sale very reasonable priced items. Also, remember when shopping with them that the prices are in AUD not USD, which makes it less scary. I've always been obsessed with the color peach. I have worn this skirt so many time out and about. Dressed up or dressed down.

The weather is so nice here in Texas. Spring has finally rolled around the corner. My favorite season of all. I am wearing an off the shoulder top, this is actually a body suit from ASOS. HERE You can shop the skirt HERE

The shoes are from WindsorSmith, you can shop HERE . Its funny the first time I wore these shoes I slipped and fell in Walmart...  But not because they are hard to walk in, I'm just clumsy haha. However, I love these shoes so much. I am always wearing them everywhere. They are simple sandals with some height which is perfect.

Kimono Day look 1

The Kimono look again; I am always wearing this pull over. It makes an awesome pop to any outfit. I suggest getting a neutral Kimono such as a black or white Kimono, like I have or a Navy blue. That way you can wear it with anything.

Seriously thinking about buying another one! This time I want some color:) Maybe a light pink to put over a white Tank top and shorts for summer.

I am wearing a blue tank top with my black/white kimono. This shows that you can wear it with any color blouse underneath. Some people think its hard to mix and match with a kimono.

Spring Black

Well back to blogging about fashion! I am wearing this awesome maxi dress from Lucy In The Sky (Shop) Love their stuff! They are an Austrian based fashion store. Most of their clothes are cool summer outfits. They always restock their clothes, which is great! They also introduce new clothes everyday. Super refreshing!

I wanted a not so typical maxi dress that I could dress up! or wear casually. I found this dress to be perfect. I added a scarf to make it more casual for a day around town. When I do wear this dress for a formal event, I put on some black heels and nice jewelry. Super awesome dress!

My shoes are from lucky brand, I have worn these ankle boots so many times. Its good to have some nice leather good ankle boots. It goes with everything! I cant imagine not having any!

New Drone...but the good kind.

"Titan Aerospace is currently developing a drone named Solara 50 that is being hailed as an “atmospheric satellite” and has quite a lot to offer in terms of gathering scientific data. The drone will fly at an altitude of over 19,000 meters (65,000 feet) where there is little air traffic and above most weather that could impede its travels. Flying at that height will also give it unobstructed access to the sun, which will power the 3,000 solar cells that cover its 50-meter-long (164 feet) wings. The solar cells will also charge lithium ion batteries stored inside the wing so it can fly at night, which means that this drone can fly uninterrupted for up to 5 years all while producing zero emissions."
I was so happy to read this good news!  With new technology such as Solara 50 the future of air travel could change. A "plane like a Boeing 747 uses approximately 1 gallon of fuel (about 4 liters) every second." Here That is about 36,000 gallon for a 10 hour flight. That is a lot of fuel that is dumped into the air. We have manged to slowly change out cars ( and still working on it) for greener more efficient energy. Now with this Sloara 50, we will slowly develop the technology for environmentally friendly flight. This might take decades to perfect, but knowing we have a Solara 50 helps.

NASA to Europa

"NASA will send a robot to investigate suspected life on Europa"

I don't know why I am so excited about this, I guess its because I just love new discoveries.  I have been reading articles about NASA mission to explore Europa; a moon that circles Jupiter. Apparently the moon is perfect for life. It is covered in salt water (about 62 milies deep/100km) as well as discovering water geysers on the moon. Meaning that the water is warm enough to support probable life. This is because the core of the moon is heated. This is due to the gravitational pull of Jupiter, as the moon is being pulled in and out for Jupiter the iron core is heated. Resulting, in the melting and the warming up of the ice. The living conditions of Europa is said to be "similar to those incurred by extremophiles that live in the Arctic and Antarctic regions of Earth."

I Just hope NASA gets the funds they need, they need about 2 billion for a mission to Europa.
