Skaftafell national park Iceland

Skaftafell national park was the best national park I've been to.  We camped out at the park for 2 days, it was very nice and quite comfortable. The thing i love most was they had a simple EASY walking trail to vatnajokull. In the picture above i am actually walking on the the Vatnajokull Glacier, The black is actually dirt and sand on top of the ice Glacier if you look closely you can see and feel the ice under your feet as you walk. Below is a picture of me holding the ice from Vatnajokull ( the biggest Glacier in Iceland ).
