White Room

The all-white basic room theme is so classic and timeless, and I am falling in love with it! The cleanliness of the white gives the room a peaceful and serene aura. I have recently re-done my room and decided to post some of the pictures from my remodeling and where I got some inspiration. I also tested out some new and effective organization methods that really gave it a fresh upgrade. Enjoy the photos! :)

Color splash

After a long stressful week of studying, I finally found some time to do a post. But Ahh this is my favorite look so far! I am all for the casual easy to do looks. Mostly consisting of jeans, tanks, and some cardigan. This cardigan is amazing I love all the bight colors. It makes the casual look go an extra mile. My jeans are acid wash they are by Jolt from Nordstorm. The cardigan is from Sheinside.com. Sheinside has become my favorite online store, everything is so cheap and good quality. Now off to Starbucks to get some caffeine to pull an all nighter of studying...Yay. I will do a post on a night out look with this cardigan soon ;)

Ripped jeans ootd

Love, love, love! Ripped jeans. The beauty of these jeans is that they can spice up anything. I wear these baby's all the time! they are so sexy and fun! I understand they can look a bit trashy but it just depends on how you wear them and the style in which they are ripped. I take care of my jeans very carefully so the thin threads holding the holes don't come apart. That's the tick with these destroyed jeans, you don't want your rip's to get even bigger. When you put them on make sure you do it carefully. Also, when washing it put them on delicate so the style stays intact.

River Rafting

River Rafting in the Weat Glacier River was amazing! The experience was scary but also unforgettable. I went to Bakkaflot, about 100km from Akureyri and near Varmahild. The West Glacier river was very beautiful, the river was not so daunting as i thought it would be. However, it did have its moments. After doing the West River i want to do the East Glacier River (the harder one) i am officially in love with river rafting. The trip was a total of 3 hours, including cliff jumping and a nice hot tub chilling at the end. Bakkaflot River Rafting gave us all the equipment we need: helmets, life vest, wet suit, boots and a wet jacket. The price was about 8,900 Icelandic Kronas, that is about $73 dollars, the harder East river is 15,900 Kronas. The guides are also very experienced and very awesome, because of that i felt completely safe. I cant wait for next summer to do the East river!

yummy Vest

Nice lovely fall day in Texas! No shock I pulled out my long vest and boots out:) I love the long vest/cardigan look. It has the ability to give people a longer and thinner look. They can be dressed up fancy or casual, very versatile. My friend asked me "where are you going to wear that?" it's no different from wearing a sweater or jacket. Just because its not the normal length doesn't mean you have to wear it a different way;) cool thing is I got the vest thrift shopping, yay! Can't wait for more fall weather!

The embellished arm

I've noticed the arm cuff is a big thing now on the runway! and I have to say I love it, its so out there and different. I found a beautiful blouse from Zara with an embellished cuff and I grabbed is A.S.A.P. I love this blouse I wear it all the time out to fancy dinners or dress it down with jeans and sandals to go shopping:) Of course its from Zara and that's why its so pretty and well made.

Black legs

This is a dress under a large tank top. Which I do a lot to dress down an outfit but still look cute:) This is if I don't have a skirt that matches the theme of the outfit also! I am pretty pleased with my tank and tights look for this rainy sad weather. It managed to keep in tone with the fall weather look. Normal black tights with black boots (or any black shoe) makes your legs look taller, good fact to know ladies;) now that it's fall session this look will start to appear more!

Rainy Days

It has been a rainy lovely day in Texas today. This gives me an excuse to break out the boots and my fabulous cardigan! I love the style that the cardigan brings to my outfit, it gives it more of a show;) with jeans and a tank anyone can pull of a cardigan! My wonderful boots are from Antonio Melani, best boots I've ever bought. They have lasted me for 2 year and are still going strong. They are made of real leather and are very good quality. Everything about this outfit was under $100;)
